Pioneered a design-to-code workflow enabling designers to prototype in the production codebase—reduced setup time from 4 hours to 30 minutes and drove 100% AI IDE adoption across R&D.
Led UX/UI unification for marketing platform overhaul across multiple surfaces, coordinating design direction for 8 global teams.
Owned UI/UX strategy for core components within the Marketing Platform from concept through org-wide rollout. The new shared component library standardized a widely reused pattern, saving our engineering team 5 months of work.
Own Klaviyo’s global design system (100+ components), driving 20% YoY growth in product execution through faster iteration cycles and streamlined prototype-to-production workflows.

I presented at the 2026 UXPA conference on how AI is bringing designers closer to code. I shared my experience as an early adopter of Cursor and Claude at Klaviyo.
One of the main topics was how incorporating AI tools into the design team’s workflow helped increase efficiency and confidence with coding and creating pull requests.
